Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions of WAMOCON GmbH, Mergenthalerallee 79-81, 65760 Eschborn, apply to all contracts for the use of the platform Wartezeit-Wächter.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the user completes the registration process and accepts these T&C.

§ 3 Service Description

The platform enables searching for specialist practices, submitting and viewing community wait times, sending mass requests, and sharing community tips.

§ 4 Usage Rights

WAMOCON GmbH grants the user a simple, non-transferable right to use the platform.

§ 5 User Obligations

The user agrees not to make false statements, not to submit spam entries, and not to misuse the platform.

§ 6 Liability

Wait times are community estimates and not guaranteed information. WAMOCON GmbH assumes no liability for the accuracy of user data.

§ 7 Termination

The user can delete their account at any time. Upon termination, all personal data is deleted; anonymous entries are preserved.

§ 8 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Eschborn.
